United Checking

A non-interest bearing account with a $100 minimum opening deposit. Must maintain $100 minimum daily balance to avoid $3 monthly fee. No per check charges.

United Preferred Checking

An interest bearing account with a $100 minimum opening deposit. Must maintain $1,000 minimum daily balance to earn interest and avoid $5 monthly fee. No per check charges.

United 50 Plus Checking

If you are at least 50 years old, you qualify for this interest bearing account with a $100 minimum opening deposit. No minimum balance or monthly fees.

United Young Adult Checking

A non-interest bearing account for customers under the age of 26 with a $25 minimum opening deposit.  No minimum balance.  Monthly fee of $3 waived with e-Statements.

United Savings

An interest bearing account with a $100 minimum opening deposit. Must maintain $100 minimum daily balance to earn interest and avoid $3 monthly fee. Excessive withdrawal fee of $1 for each transfer or withdrawal over 6 per month.*

United Junior Savings

An interest bearing account for customers under the age of 18 with a $25 minimum opening deposit. No minimum balance or monthly fees. Excessive withdrawal fee of $1 for each transfer or withdrawal over 6 per month.*

United Holiday Savings

An interest bearing account with a $50 minimum opening deposit and minimum of $50 to earn interest. Interest paid and balance credited to another account at maturity on 10/31.

United Money Market

A tiered interest bearing account with a $100 minimum opening deposit. Must maintain $2,500 minimum daily balance to earn interest and avoid $6 monthly fee, plus $0.20 per check fee. Excessive withdrawal fee of $10 for each transfer or withdrawal over 6 per month.*

United Premier Money Market

A tiered interest bearing account with a $100 minimum opening deposit. Must maintain $25,000 minimum daily balance to earn interest and avoid $10 monthly fee, plus $0.25 per check fee. Excessive withdrawal fee of $10 for each transfer or withdrawal over 6 per month.*

 

*You may make six (6) transfers from your account each four (4) weeks or similar period, if by preauthorized or automatic transfer, or telephone (including data transmission) agreement, order or instruction or by check, draft, debit card or similar order (including POS transactions), made by the depositor and payable to third parties.  Transfers and withdrawals made in person, by messenger, by mail  or at an ATM are unlimited.

Certificates of Deposit (CDs)

A safe and stable savings option for those who can put their money away for longer periods of time. Terms range from 90 days to 5 years (60 months). Features:

  • Opening deposit of $1,000
  • Fixed interest rate for the term of the CD
  • Automatic renewal at maturity with a 10-day grace period for any changes

Health Savings Accounts (HSAs)

A tax-advantaged way of paying for medical expenses, while earning attractive rates of interest on your idle balances. A HIGH DEDUCTIBLE HEALTH PLAN (HDHP) IS REQUIRED. Benefits include:

  • Free Debit Card for qualified customers
  • Carryover unspent health savings from year to year to build balances
  • Plan ahead and save for health care costs in retirement
  • Take your health savings with you when you leave an employer
