Nick joined the bank as a Commercial Loan Officer in 2008 and has since advanced into the position of Assistant Vice President of Commercial Lending. He has a passion for serving his clients’ diverse commercial lending needs with his expertise that spans multiple industries including: commercial real estate, agriculture, construction loans and multi-family real estate. Nick holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and a Master’s Degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Edgewood College. He grew up on a dairy farm south of Madison that is now recognized as a Century Farm. Outside of work, he enjoys spending his free time with his wife, Heather, and their son, Cohen.





Justin Reddeman

Justin joined the bank in 2016 as an Assistant Vice President of Commercial Lending. He has 20 years of experience managing large commercial real estate investment portfolios, accounting, and financial analysis as well as commercial, construction, and multi-family lending. Justin graduated from UW-Whitewater with a Bachelor’s in Finance and Productions & Operations Management. He later went on to also obtain an Associate’s in Accounting from MATC and his CPA designation. Justin grew up in Poynette and now resides on his family’s farm with his wife Charlotte and their children Jacob, Elizabeth, Caleb, and Megan.







Steven Trumble

Steve joined the bank in 2008 and was promoted to Executive Vice President and Senior Loan Officer in 2010 after focusing his banking career on commercial and agricultural lending. He is responsible for the management of the bank’s lending department and business development efforts. Steve graduated from UW-Platteville with a degree in Animal Science and has been a community banker in the southern Wisconsin area for over 20 years. He has owned and operated both a successful dairy farm and construction business. He and his wife, DeeDee, have a son, daughter-in-law and three grandchildren.
